We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide technical expertise and support to our marketing and sales department, beginning immediately. Your in-depth understanding of the product and its technical capabilities will be crucial in delivering excellent customer experiences and driving successful sales outcomes. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in effectively promoting and selling our cloud-native multibody dynamics simulation tool.
Responsibilities as Product Engineer
- Understand customer requirements and use cases, and effectively communicate how our product addresses their specific needs
- Assist in developing and delivering technical content, including product documentation, whitepapers, technical articles, and case studies to support marketing and sales efforts
- Provide pre-sales technical support, demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our product
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling our cloud-native multibody dynamics simulation tool
- Conduct product trainings for both internal teams and external customers to enhance their understanding and usage of the product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our product in the market
- Collaborate with the development team to provide valuable insights and feedback on customer needs and market demands
What You Bring with You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong technical background and expertise in mechanical engineering (multibody dynamics simulations expertise is a plus)
- Experience with cloud-native applications and familiarity with cloud computing concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
